1. Research use only

All products sold by Dynamic Aminos (“we”, “us”) are chemical reagents intended solely for in‑vitro laboratory research by qualified personnel. They are not drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or food, and they are not manufactured, tested, labeled, or approved for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind. By ordering, the purchaser represents and warrants that products will be used only for laboratory research and never administered to humans or animals.

2. Eligibility and verification

We sell only to verified laboratories and research institutions. Applicants must be 21 or older, use an institutional or company email address, and provide a laboratory shipping address. We may request additional documentation and may refuse, suspend, or close any account at our discretion, including where intended use cannot be verified. 3. Quotes, orders, and payment

Pricing is provided by quote to verified accounts. 4. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Shipments are packaged with desiccant for ambient transit; the purchaser is responsible for storing products as described in the accompanying documentation on arrival.

5. Documentation and specifications

Each lot ships with a certificate of analysis stating the results of the tests performed on that lot. Our sole warranty is that, at the time of shipment, the product conforms to the specifications stated on its certificate of analysis. We make no other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

6. Returns and claims

Because reagents can’t be verified once they leave our control, products are not returnable except where the product is damaged in transit or fails to meet the certificate of analysis. Claims must be made within [10] days of delivery and include the lot number. Our liability for any valid claim is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price, at our option.

7. Compliance and responsibility of the purchaser

The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, institutional policies, and safety requirements that apply to the receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of products, including any required licenses or registrations. The purchaser may not resell or transfer products to third parties [or: without our written consent].

8. Indemnification and limitation of liability

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Aminos and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or liability arising from the purchaser’s use, misuse, or transfer of products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law and disputes
